State-of-the-Art Processing Factory
Our Sana'a industrial-zone factory spans over 10,000 square meters, equipped with high-tech automated tempering furnaces, cleanrooms for laminated safety glass bonding, and high-precision CNC shape cutters. We maintain strict compliance with ISO 9001, CE, and ASTM specifications, ensuring that every glass panel is structurally sound and flawless.
R&D and Quality Control Leadership
Safety is our primary concern. We perform regular heat soak testing to eliminate spontaneous breakage risks in tempered glass, and conduct structural load testing to verify glass strength against Sana'a's unique high-altitude wind pressures. Our laboratory continually tests PVB interlayer adhesion, U-values, and acoustic noise reduction ratings.
Sustainability & Solar Heat Protection
In Yemen's hot coastal regions (Aden, Hodeidah) and high-insolation mountain plateaus, thermal control is crucial. UGY manufactures double-glazed and Low-E glass units that block up to 70% of external solar heat, significantly reducing building cooling energy consumption and carbon emissions.
